Smoke-Off BBQ Dinner &  Competition

Competitors spend the day tending fires and preparing entries, while guests join us in the evening for BBQ, cocktails, a full meal, and a relaxed gathering at the barn.

Competitors

  • Bring their own smoker or cooking rig

  • Provide their own meat and supplies

  • Prepare enough finished product for guest tastings

  • Compete for cash prizes
